Swimming with the Jaguars is a Dad band from Montclair, New Jersey. They met at their children's daycare and communicated telepathically. Each one of them broadcasting the same message: "please play loud rock music with me or else I'll die in a sea of Cheerios, diapers, and cartoons with unhealthy social dynamics."

Their unification was solidified when each band member attempted to properly integrate with normal, suburban adult society and failed. Mike picked fist fights at the tennis club. Lee got kicked off the PTA board. Who knew that 7 straight fundraisers with an 80's hair metal theme would generate so much ire! Pete showed up early at a party and ate all the appetizers before the guests arrived. His pleas to the party host about how he "didn't touch any of the fruit" fell upon deaf ears as they showed him to the door. Paul actually did not have any problems acclimating but the other guys in the band wore him down until he acquiesced and become part of their outcast rock n' roll bandit tribe. He is a flight risk and is closely monitored with a 'Swimming with the Jaguars' branded ankle bracelet.

Music, as it always had been for each member of the band, was their saving grace. They have rocked their way into becoming Northern New Jersey's premiere Dad rock band serving Essex and Hudson counties. When they are not rocking supremely at local Irish taverns you can find them stealing song ideas at the local middle school talent show or picking food out of their teeth with the worn down edges of their Costco cards.

Thank you for listening.
